It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The common room was a nice spot to hang out, and meals at the restaurant were satisfying. Perfect for a one to two-night stop 😊

This accommodation had a central setting close to the main south Iceland's landmarks.
There was shop missing, I was a little disappointed.

Cozy common lounge with free hot drinks available.
The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything. Guests in the hallway started making noise every morning, disrupting my sleep. The room felt old, and the heater was particularly dusty and needed updating.

It was a modern and cute hotel in a very nice area, next to restaurants, famous author Porbergur Pordarsson's museum and restaurant, and being close to the national park. The venue's position was central.
There was something as shop missing, we were a little disappointed.

The clean bungalow provided a cozy setting. The heat worked great, a big plus on chilly nights. Easy access with a key made coming and going hassle-free. A good sitting room upstairs offered beautiful views. Free parking added convenience. The staff's knowledge about local areas was lacking. When asking about restaurants and nearby attractions, the reception wasn't very helpful. The breakfast options could use improvement since it required an extra charge. The noisy children outside were a distraction, and there was limited walking space unless you drove. It was a decent stay with room for enhancements.

Modern and exceptionally comfortable hotel with chocolate in the reception. Decent size room, countryside views. Fantastic central location, really close to the restaurant at the Hali, Jokursarlon lake and famous author Porbergur Pordarsson's museum and restaurant.

The breakfast spread included tasty cereal and fresh fruit, perfect for our family, especially with the newborn in tow.
In my wife's opinion, a kettle in the room would enhance comfort.

Great spot with fine views. We had some amazing sunrises and really enjoyed visiting nearby Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon and the black sand beaches. The restaurant had delicious food and the staff were helpful. The common lounge is perfect.
One downside was the soundproofing. We could hear neighbors talking in the morning, a bit disruptive.

A cozy family room provided ample space for our group, and the staff were accommodating, even setting up an extra bed for us at a late hour. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise, with a varied menu that included a tasty snack menu. The soundproofing in the hotel left much to be desired, as we could hear our neighbors easily, which disrupted our peace. The breakfast options could use some improvement, as we felt the variety was limited.

Spacious rooms and great location!
We booked mainly for the proximity to Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon, and it didn't disappoint. The room was nice and clean, with a common area that was perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. Dinner at the restaurant surprised us with its quality, and we enjoyed the perks of free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available throughout our stay.
